When items are in stock we aim to deliver them to you within 5 working days to mainland UK using our standard delivery service.
If there is likely to be any further delay we will notify you by email.
UK Mainland Charges
- Standard delivery to UK mainland costs £2.95.
- Free delivery is offered on orders over £30 in value.
When you are on the checkout you can choose free delivery if the option is available.
Europe and Channel Islands

Rest of World
Please contact us for delivery charges. Please note local import duties may be charged at port of entry and local import taxes may be payable on receipt.
When shopping with Mundos, either online or in the high street shop, you are invited to create an account. Among many benefits you will find it quicker and easier to make purchases online. You can also review previous purchases and update your postal and billing information whenever you like.

Returns & Replacements
We hope that you are happy with your purchases but if you do need to exchange or return an item please send it back in its original packaging, unworn and in saleable condition, within 10 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in the post so please obtain a free proof of postage from the post office which will serve as your security in case this happens.
Please allow 14 days for us to process your returns.
Credit card refunds will appear on your next bank or credit card statement. P&P (where applicable) and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that we cannot refund these.
Exchanges are processed immediately and replacements should be with you in about 5 days. If your exchange is of higher value than your returned item(s), we will contact you to collect additional payment. We will not charge postage and packing on exchange orders for UK mainland customers. Regretfully, we do have to charge customers outside of mainland UK.
If you receive an item which has been damaged during delivery, please report this within 2 days of receipt. Furniture deliveries should be checked on arrival and damages reported to the delivery driver.
